Casselton Veterinary Service, Inc. is looking for motivated, hard working, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our receptionist team.
Receptionist Candidates must possess basic computer skills, have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have the ability to multi-task in a busy, fast paced work environment. Basic job duties include, but are not limited to, welcoming and checking-in clients and patients; answering a multi-line phone system, directing calls and scheduling appointments; entering charges and collecting payment.
Hours may include day or evening hours between 7am and 9pm. Full time (36-40 hours per week) or Part time (<36 hours per week) positions available.
