Radiology – or X-rays – helps our veterinarians evaluate lameness and dental issues.
We have state-of-the-art digital radiography capabilities.
Digital X-rays will better help us, help you. We will now be able to visualize higher quality, detailed images that will help further enhance our diagnosis and treatment of your horse. We will receive the greatest joint detail available state-wide. This will be a nice addition for our pre-purchase exams enhancing visualization of congenital osteochondritis dissecans (OCD), cysts, and arthritic lesions in joints. You will also be able to receive a copy of the images on a CD, which is ideal for farriers to help aid in the proper balancing and trimming of the hoof.
